- Provide executive support to the SRF Executive Delivery Manager.
- Manage the governance system, ensuring accurate minutes, action logging, and document control.
- Facilitate and coordinate SRF meetings, briefings, and exercises.
- Manage the SRF inbox, escalating queries and providing timely responses.
- Lead the Sussex Commonly Recognised Information Picture (SCRIP) teleconference and distribute situational updates.
- Support emergency incidents via the Multi-Agency Information Cell Group.
- Support SRF events, conferences, and emergency planning activities.
- Excellent governance management skills (minute taking, action tracking, document handling).
- Strong organisational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across diverse partner organisations.
- A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work within a busy, small team environment.
- Police Vetting (NPPV Level 1 or above) is required.
