Role: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Lewes (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: 32,000 - 40,000 per annum

The Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional documentation
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths; a project management qualification would be an advantage

The Role:

  • Take full ownership of the CEO's schedule, arranging appointments, meetings, and key events to ensure optimal use of their time
  • Serve as the primary contact for communications directed to the CEO, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and care
  • Support organisational initiatives by monitoring project deadlines, deliverables, and action points
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record accurate minutes, and follow up on agreed actions to ensure momentum is maintained
  • Organise detailed travel plans, including booking transport, accommodation, and preparing itineraries
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supporting smooth and efficient communication in line with the CEO's priorities
