Description

Business Administrators provide essential support that enables the team to deliver services efficiently, effectively, and with a focus on continuous improvement. In a small and fast-paced team, you will take ownership of a wide range of administrative tasks, helping to maintain accurate records, respond promptly to queries, and ensure your colleagues have what they need to do their jobs well.

This role requires initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to find innovative solutions to everyday challenges. You'll often be balancing multiple priorities, managing regular interruptions, and working under pressure-so strong organisational skills and a calm, proactive approach are key.

Business Administrators also provide more specialist support such as complex minute-taking, financial reconciliation, and project administration. You'll develop a strong understanding of the team's work and how it makes a real difference to people's lives. Working collaboratively, you'll anticipate and respond to the needs of colleagues whether they are based in the office or working remotely.
