- Audio typing and dictation of legal documentsÂ
- Preparing and amending contracts, leases, and completion statements
- Opening, closing, and maintaining client files (both physical and digital)
- Performing Land Registry and Companies House searches
- Assisting with SDLT forms and other transactional documentation
- Managing diaries and coordinating appointments
- Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties
- Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently
- General administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing
- At least 1 year of legal secretarial experience in commercial or residential property
- Excellent audio typing and digital dictation skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A confident and professional communicator
- IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Salary up to £28,000
