Location: Lewes - parking available or close to public transport links
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm), 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am - 4pm)
Salary: 26,000 - 30,000

Responsibilities:
As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering new buyers and coordinating marketing efforts locally and with nearby offices.
- Preparing engaging property brochures to attract potential buyers.
- Managing KYC and AML processes while liaising with internal compliance teams.
- Overseeing the invoicing process, assisting with debt collection to ensure timely payments.
- Keeping window cards, brochure displays, and office systems up-to-date.
- Liaising with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing diaries.
- Maintaining client files and the residential client database.
- Establishing trusted relationships to facilitate client onboarding.
- Implementing strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Handling any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service background.
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive approach to administration, always seeking efficiencies in processes.
- A positive attitude toward routine tasks and an exceptional attention to detail.
- An understanding of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
