Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who is confident supporting a busy sales function and enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven administrative experience, and strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Business Central ERP would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent service at all times
- Maintain accurate data entry and records across multiple systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Use strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint desirable)
- Familiarity with Business Central ERP (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Good IT literacy with the ability to resolve basic system issues
