Marketing Manager, Leyland, £40kAdele Carr Recruitment have the pleasure of working exclusively with this well-established and highly regarded Construction company based in Leyland, known for their strong reputation within the industry and their commitment to quality and innovation. As they continue to grow and evolve, they are investing in their marketing function and creating a brand-new position to support their long-term strategy.

Duties will include;
  • Support the Marketing Director in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

  • Lead the onboarding and integration of HubSpot, ensuring the CRM database is accurately populated and segmented.

  • Identify and manage the most effective advertising channels for the brand, both traditional and digital.

  • Plan, coordinate, and attend 4-5 key exhibitions and trade shows annually.

  • Develop marketing campaigns across print, email, digital, and events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all communications align with the company's voice and values.

  • Liaise with external suppliers and agencies as needed.

What they are looking for;
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or construction-related environment.

  • Strong knowledge of traditional marketing strategies

  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and digital marketing tools.

  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable attending and representing the company at industry events.
