Job Role: Operational Support Agent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week.
Location: Preston, PR26 7UX
Pay: 12.82 per hour
Manpower is pleased to be recruiting for one of our National Clients for an Operational Support Agent based in Liverpool, on a temp basis. This job role is to help with the day to day running of the office and to support the drivers.
Your Responsibilities
- Dealing with internal drivers and answering any queries they may have with regards to deliveries
- General administration duties
- Analysing data
- Liaising with other departments
- Speaking to customers regarding parcel delivery where necessary
- Archiving and sorting paperwork
- Tracking any parcels where necessary
Qualifications and Essentials
- Must be IT Literate
- Must have previous experience within administration.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable.
- Happy to communicate throughout the team and liaise with other departments.
