We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a manufacturer based in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served machinist who is confident in programming, setting, and running their own jobs directly from technical drawings.
CNC Miller Job Overview
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Working directly from engineering and technical drawings
- Ensuring jobs are completed to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Performing basic machine maintenance and quality checks
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
CNC Miller Job Requirements
- Time-served CNC Miller with proven industry experience
- Ability to program at the machine confidently
- Heidenhain control experience preferred
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring equipment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
CNC Miller Salary & Benefits
- 4-day working week (long weekends every week!)
