We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join a manufacturer based in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served machinist who is confident in programming, setting, and running CNC lathes directly from technical drawings.
CNC Turner Job Overview
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines
- Working directly from engineering and technical drawings
- Producing components to tight tolerances and high quality standards
- Performing basic machine maintenance and in-process quality checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
CNC Turner Job Requirements
- Time-served CNC Turner with proven experience in precision engineering
- Confident in Fanuc control programming at the machine
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
