Qualified and experienced Painting and Decorating operatives required for immediate start with long established company based in Leyland. Work is across the North West, predominantly Central Lancashire.
Applicants must have :
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating qualification (including ability to hang wallpaper)
- Attention to Detail in clean and tidy workspace
- Full clean Driving licence - vehicle will be provided .
- Minimum of two years experience working as a Painter and Decorator.
- Strong work ethic
- Must be reliable.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to get to yard for 7.15 am start, 4.30 finish.
Salary dependent upon experience to be discussed at interview.
Summary As a Painter and Decorator,
- You will be responsible for executing quality painting projects, including effective preparation ensuring high quality finishes, including some mould removal on specific jobs, within given timescale, ensuring that all work meets industry standards.
- Reporting to the Supervisor, your role requires a valid driving license for transportation to various job sites. Your core skills in construction painting will be complemented by your premium driving abilities, while effective communication in English will enhance collaboration with team members and deliver exceptional results in a fast paced setting.
