Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a housing association, who are recruiting for a Complaints Administrator to join their team on an initial temporary basis
The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to their property services team surrounding repairs complaints.
Responsibilities of the Complaints Administrator includes:
- Reviewing complaints received into the business
- Effectively summarising the complaint and identifying the customers desired outcome
- Accurately recording the customer complaints on the CRM system and maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Supporting the complaint investigators with gathering required evidence
- Responding to customer queries relating to the progress of their complaints
- Drafting and sending out resolution letters
Requirements of the Complaints Administrator includes:
- Previous experience working within a complaints environment (essential)
