In a period of growth they are seeking a hands-on finance manager to manage the day to day finances and monthly management accounts for the small group of companiesYour new role as Finance Manager:Responsibilities• Oversee the preparation of month-end management accounts, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances.• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.• Supervise the finance team, providing training and support as needed.• Prepare reports for stakeholders that clearly communicate financial performance.Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the day to day finances of a family run business. Operating on Sage, you will have proven experience as a Finance Manager in a similar stand-alone role. With the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines this is a hands-on role and will require management of the ledgers as well as producing month end management accounts.
