Responsibilities as a Commercial property Solicitor:
- Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
- Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients
- Provide great client care at all times and have professional approach
About you Property Commercial Property Solicitor :
- Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
- A minimum of 3 Year PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters
- Good communication skills written and verbal
