The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Quality Engineer?

  • Promote a positive culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility across projects
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on quality assurance matters
  • Investigate internal and external quality issues, driving timely resolution
  • Conduct internal audits and supplier audits; support customer and third-party certification audits
  • Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and manage PPAPs for key projects
  • Facilitate structured 8D problem-solving with root cause analysis tools
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of the business management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpreting engineering drawings and engaging suppliers effectively
  • Provide assurance and insight to senior leadership during a period of rapid growth

What are we looking for in our next Quality Engineer?

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant Quality discipline
  • Certified Lead Auditor to ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are a bonus)
  • Experience with APQP and PPAP is highly desirable
  • Strong background in manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
