An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join the residential team of a highly regarded, design focused architectural practice. This award winning RIBA Chartered consultancy is known for delivering thoughtful and sustainable designs across a wide range of sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, heritage, commercial, and leisure developments.

With a strong track record spanning many years, the practice has earned a reputation for its collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to quality. Their projects range from bespoke housing and large-scale residential masterplans to complex regeneration schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery
  • Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
  • Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Managing planning applications, and building regulations
  • Solving any issues that may arise
  • Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
  • Assist on planning applications and appeals
  • Visit site for inspections
  • Assist in business development
Requirements
  • Qualified Architect or experienced Part 2
  • 3D capabilities are desirable
  • Strong design and technical skills (Revit preferred but not essential)
  • Experienced within the Architectural industry
  • Conservation experience desirable
