Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting our dynamic and rapidly growing client based in North Birmingham, seeking a talented and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take on a broad and varied role offering true autonomy and superb progression. The successful candidate will be qualified, with commercial acumen and desire to join a forward thinking business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic support

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes

  • Challenge and influence decision-making to support growth and profitability

  • Interpret complex financial data and present findings to stakeholders

  • Support the development of business cases and investment appraisals

  • Work collaboratively across departments to improve financial awareness and accountability

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified

  • Highly confident and effective in communicating with non-financial stakeholders

  • Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
