Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Lichfield, Fradley Park
Salary: £15 per hour
Job Type: 12 Week Temp 2 Perm
Start Date: ASAP
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy logistics team in Lichfield, Fradley Park. If you have a keen eye for safety, a strong work ethic, and take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you !
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload double decker trailers curtain side and move them around the warehouse or yard
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements
- Support warehouse operations as required
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Adhere to health & safety procedures and site protocols
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse or logistics environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious approach

Shift Times:
- MON TO FRI
- START - 8PM
- FINISH - 4AM/5AM
Perm Salary
- £32,349 (after 12 weeks)
