MBF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly regarded boutique wealth management firm based in Lichfield, known for its holistic and client-focused approach to financial planning. The business offers bespoke advice to a loyal and growing client base and is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their friendly and collaborative team.

The RoleThis Paraplanner role will involve working closely with financial advisers to deliver high-quality financial planning support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed research and analysis to support tailored financial strategies

  • Preparing high-quality suitability reports and documentation

  • Liaising with advisers and clients to ensure smooth and effective planning outcomes

  • Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or very close to completing, with strong experience)

  • Skilled in financial planning research and report writing

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused

  • Proficient in relevant financial planning tools and Microsoft Office

Also possible: Junior ParaplannerIf you have some paraplanning or report-writing experience and the right attitude and work ethic, we’d also be keen to hear from you. Personality and potential are just as important as qualifications.
