We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Lichfield.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the care sector.
This position offers a salary range of £28,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include managing HR functions, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
The successful candidate will support over 120 staff and be a trusted confidant within the workplace.
