The CI Practitioner role is a key position within the logistics network, primarily tasked with driving and implementing continuous improvement projects and activity.   • Drive and implement continuous improvement projects within the Logistics operation.

Profile

A successful CI Practitioner should have:

  • A solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt or similar qualification is advantageous
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Warehousing and Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • A solution-focused attitude and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
