Nicholas Associates are working with a leading civil engineering contractor who provide groundworks, infrastructure, roads & sewers services to Top 100 House Builders across the UK.

The company are recruiting a Project Engineer to manage large-scale infrastructure / 278 Works project in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending programme meetings

Liaising with Local Authorities and Highways Agency to sign off 278 work agreements

Setting out roads, infrastructure, 278 Works

Supervising Junior Site Engineers

QA checks and maintaining accurate site records

Interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Liaising with project managers, clients, and design teams

Ensuring health and safety standards are met across the site

Requirements:

BSc or HNC in Civil Engineering (not essential)

Previous experience on residential groundworks, infrastructure, 278 Works projects

Proficient with setting out equipment

Leica machine control experience and creating models

Proficient in cad software (not essential)

Full UK driving licence
