Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in Quantity Surveying within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in project estimation, cost planning, and budget management.

- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project assessments.

- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes.

- Support in the management of subcontractor agreements and procurement activities.

- Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.

- Participate in project meetings and provide support in resolving commercial issues.

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying,

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
