What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking part in the on-call rota and stepping in when emergency cover is needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within care services
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)
  • Confident IT skills and a proactive approach to using digital systems
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and empowering others
