CMM Programmer
Location: Lichfield
Salary up to £40,000 based on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team inspecting high-precision aerospace components. You will program and operate QCT Quantum Four CMMs, ensuring all parts meet strict dimensional and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, validate, and operate QCT Quantum Four CMMs using QCT software.
- Inspect parts to AS9100 and customer specifications; generate dimensional reports.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
- Maintain CMM calibration and support process improvements.
- Assist with FAIRs and NPI inspection setups.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven CMM programming experience in aerospace or precision engineering.
- QCT Quantum Four knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in GD&T and reading complex engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and a team player.

Hours:
38 hours per week. Standard hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 11.30am on Friday’s.
