About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team inspecting high-precision aerospace components. You will program and operate QCT Quantum Four CMMs, ensuring all parts meet strict dimensional and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, validate, and operate QCT Quantum Four CMMs using QCT software.
  • Inspect parts to AS9100 and customer specifications; generate dimensional reports.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
  • Maintain CMM calibration and support process improvements.
  • Assist with FAIRs and NPI inspection setups.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven CMM programming experience in aerospace or precision engineering.
  • QCT Quantum Four knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in GD&T and reading complex engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and a team player.

Hours:

38 hours per week. Standard hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 11.30am on Friday’s.
