This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking practice known for its strong client relationships, supportive culture, and commitment to professional development. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a varied client portfolio, contributing to high-quality service delivery, and supporting the firm's continued growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statutory accounts for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy and relevance across various industries and business sizes.
  • Complete corporation tax and business tax computations and returns, confidently resolving routine tax-related queries.
  • Review accounts and tax work prepared by junior colleagues, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the team's technical expertise by assisting with financial reporting, taxation matters, and audit processes.
  • Effectively manage deadlines and workflow to deliver timely and accurate outputs while maintaining excellent client service.
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, supporting them through year-end processes and providing consistent, year-round advice.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with owner-managed businesses, offering practical guidance on accountancy and wider business matters.
Requirements:
  • A fully qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
  • Strong technical expertise paired with a keen commercial mindset and the ability to apply both in client-facing scenarios.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and capable of managing time effectively across multiple priorities.
  • Confident using technology, with solid IT proficiency across accounting and business software.
  • Full UK driving licence.
