I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join the growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers and a desire to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records for a range of clients
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with management accounts
  • Liaise with clients to resolve queries and gather information
  • Support senior accountants with year-end accounts preparation
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and VAT
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • AAT qualified or working towards (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills
