We are working with a multi-award-winning architectural consultancy that is currently seeking a talented and technically proficient Architectural Technologist to join their Lincoln studio. With a strong regional presence and a growing reputation across the Midlands, this design-led practice delivers innovative and sustainable solutions across a range of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Education.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of impactful schemes, from community-focused education buildings to bespoke housing developments and large-scale commercial facilities. The role offers real variety, technical challenge, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative team with a passion for well-crafted architecture.

You'll be involved in producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating design information, attending site meetings, and supporting planning submissions, with a particular focus on Revit-based delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
  • Prepare comprehensive working drawing packages in Revit
  • Support and coordinate technical information across multiple live projects
  • Assist in the preparation of planning application drawings and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate closely with both Design and Technical teams to ensure accurate, buildable design solutions
  • Carry out site visits and liaise with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Contribute to delivering projects from concept through to completion, across various sectors
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
  • Based in or within easy reach of Lincoln
  • Degree-qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
  • Proficient in Revit with a strong knowledge of technical detailing and UK Building Regulations
  • Proven job running experience, ideally across Residential, Education, or Commercial sectors
  • Confident in a client-facing role and experienced in project coordination
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence essential due to site responsibilities
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
