Your new companyYou will be joining a multidisciplinary firm that specialises in creating innovative and sustainable designs. They focus on various architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. The firm's approach emphasises environmental responsibility, integrating green building practices and materials to reduce the ecological footprint of their projects. Your new role

  • Design Development: Lead the design development process, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance with project requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MCIAT (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years Post Qualification industry experience
  • Trained in the use of AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment with a good understanding of BIM.
