- Responsible for overall sales growth across our Letting Agent customer base, in line with business targets
- Proactively maintain and increase the agent base across Barbon by demonstrating a clear strategy to increase sales month on month.
- Identify business initiatives to help stimulate engagement from agents and drive development opportunities for profitable growth.
- Manage sales pipelines to achieve targets by monitoring customer preferences to determine focus on sales efforts and maximise sales performance.
- Increase profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible ensuring all customers are maximising the full āFit for the futureā proposition.
- Deliver and manage growth campaigns for both the acquisition of customers and the growth of current product volumes.
- Support in creating and delivering a robust contact and sales strategy across the agent base.
- Identify and analyse key data to evaluate and validate growth initiatives and retention activity levels with agents.
- Recommend solutions and implement actions plans to support agent retention and the growth of our overall agent base.
- Identify, develop, and support agent education and training so that agents feel that they are fully supported and able to maximise on every element of our proposition.
- Drive each individual to ensure they are managing their area effectively by identifying opportunities to deliver growth.
- Complete strong performance management processes and using supporting documentation for 1-1ās, coaching and development plans.
- Set clear goals and objectives that drives the team to achieve business and personal goals.
- Monitor and report on individual and teamsā performance against sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the FCA by keeping up to date with all change in the regulatory framework.
- Ownership of monthly reporting and to present findings, potential solutions, and new ideas to increase customer engagement, conversion rates and therefore achieving budget lines.
- Be seen as a role model within the Sales team and within all areas of the business and share best practice wherever possible. Lives and breathes the Barbon company values.
- To demonstrate a detailed knowledge of current market conditions and key customers in the lettings industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the FCA by keeping up to date with all change in the regulatory framework.
- Schedule appropriate sales training and ensure implementation is effective.
- Complete accurately all Sales complaints and grumbles ā investigating and resolving queries and issues raised and escalating where possible.
- Responsible for managing reporting to Sales leadership and business senior management team to demonstrate value delivered from sales team and ongoing strategic initiatives
- Update Competitor Information regularly and share with sales colleagues.
- Complete accurately CRM system Salesforce to record activity and progress
