You’ll work closely with specifiers, contractors, procurement teams, and end-users to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and promoting the full range of security fencing products. This role is crucial for driving sales and expanding the market presence of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Security fencing products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct site visits and consultations to assess client requirements
- Prepare quotes, tenders, and presentations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in fencing or security products essential)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
