Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a variety of asbestos surveys, including management, refurbishment, demolition, and reinspection, ensuring precise sampling and recording of data.
  • Evaluate asbestos management and remediation options, preparing specifications of work.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of construction-related health and safety legislation.
  • Use Microsoft Office and relevant software to analyse data, produce detailed reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Apply analytical thinking to interrogate, assess, and evaluate stock data, driving proactive decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

  • BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience conducting asbestos surveys within housing or property environments
  • Strong working knowledge of asbestos legislation and the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
  • Confidence in managing contractors and remediation works
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive client and stakeholder relationships
