As a Repairs Team Leader, you will be:
- Leading and supervising operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance works.
- Managing daily workloads, productivity, and performance across the team.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Acting as a key point of contact between operatives, subcontractors, and management.
- Supporting continuous improvement across repairs services and site operations.
We'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Proven experience within repairs, maintenance, or construction environments.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Social housing experience (desirable but not essential).
Qualifications:
- A valid CSCS card or a Level 3 construction-related qualification (essential).
- Additional trade or supervisory qualifications would be advantageous.
