As a Repairs Team Leader, you will be:

  • Leading and supervising operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance works.
  • Managing daily workloads, productivity, and performance across the team.
  • Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between operatives, subcontractors, and management.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across repairs services and site operations.

We'd love to speak to anyone who has:

  • Proven experience within repairs, maintenance, or construction environments.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Social housing experience (desirable but not essential).

Qualifications:

  • A valid CSCS card or a Level 3 construction-related qualification (essential).
  • Additional trade or supervisory qualifications would be advantageous.
