In this autonomous role you will be responsible for overall performance management across the fit-out projects from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will manage the onsite teams and ensure all regulations a in line with standards. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm

This role would suit a Site Manager from a construction background with strong commercial and fit-out experience-someone who thrives in a practical, hands-on site environment and is looking for a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to significantly boost their earnings through performance-based objectives.

The Role:

• Deliver steel-frame new builds and commercial fit-out projects across multiple sites, working mainly on-site from the welfare office.
• Manage day-to-day construction activity, contractors, scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
• Oversee project progress from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

The person:

• Site manager with a background in fitout/ construction.
• Full time PAYE role
• Industry experienced candidate
• Commutable to Lincoln
