TS Recruitment are looking to recruit a Construction Estimator on a permanent basis for an established Lincolnshire construction contractor operating across South Yorkshire, Midlands and Lincolnshire. This role is has become available due to planned expansion and an increase in tendering opportunities - Making it a fantastic time to join!

Established for over 50 years, working with local government, public and private clients alike, building projects such as schools, leisure centres, care homes, and health centres with values up to £20m. This is an excellent time to join and influence the estimating department within a secure construction business.

Estimator responsibilities

• Carrying out take-offs and preparation of tender submissions
• Organise appropriate tender enquiries
• Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates
• Administrate correspondence and tender documents

The Person

• Estimating experience in a construction environment
• Software experience ideal but not essential
• Proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
