Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry-leading housing developer, who are currently on the lookout for a Health & Safety Advisor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Lincolnshire office. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuringa safe workplace without risk to health &environment within our housing projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience as a Health & Safety Advisor for a Housing developer
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous knowledge of audit processes
  • Ability to form strong relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe workplace across all projects
  • Ensure that inspections are carried out in line with departmental expectations
  • Liaise with external consultants
  • Work together withsite teamsto resolveproblems.
  • Provide regular updates of site issues to the EHS Team
