We are pleased to be representing a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Paraplanner with a reputable Mortgage Brokerage located in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their small team, dedicated to providing excellent service and support in the mortgage industry. This role offers a supportive environment where you can grow your expertise while working closely with experienced professionals.
This position is full-time, with the option to work from home, as long as you're situated within a 1-hour radius of the Lincoln office, which requires in-office attendance twice a month
Working hours:Â
- Monday - Friday
- NO Weekends
- Fully office-based, hybrid or remote working is availableÂ
- Flexible working hours if required
The successful Mortgage Paraplanner will be offered:
- Basic Salary: £31,000 - £35,000
- Quarterly bonus scheme
- Team Social events
- Office equipment
Mortgage Paraplanner requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Paraplanner
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Paraplanner:
- Dealing with lender queries
- Research mortgage products and providers
- Maintain and update client records
- Submit Mortgage Applications
- Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
- Respond to complex lender queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve desired outcomes.
