THE ROLE:
Understanding and resolving customers' needs accurately
Quick Order processing from multiple inbound channels
Upselling orders to increase their value
Answering Sales calls and emails
Monitoring progress of current orders to meet customers expected promised dates
Quoting and handling customer enquiries
Product sourcing for customer requirements
Following up quotes
Dealing with queries from customers resolved to their expectations
Outbound customer service calls to check satisfaction
Sales support tasks as assigned
Capturing inbound new Sales leads
THE CANDIDATE:
Customer Focus - exceeding expectations at every point of contact.
Enjoy speaking to customers on the phone
Have a personal, helpful, responsive attitude to all customers
Have a down to earth manner to relate to our customer types
Be confident in the job so this impression is conveyed to customers
Use initiative in providing solutions
