An exciting opportunity for a CAD Technician or Architectural Technician to join a renowned housebuilder where you will have the chance to work on diverse projects within a close knit company who emphasis on training, development and a work life balance.
Do you have experience producing residential working drawings using AutoCAD? Are you looking to join quality developer who will invest in training, development and progression?
This family run housebuilder pride themselves on producing a variety of private and social housing developments in and around Lincolnshire. They work on a range of developments from apartments through to 5 bedroom homes. With a strong pipeline of both private and social development coming up they are looking for an addition to their Design team.
In this role you will be assisting with the design of upcoming developments, you will initially be tasked with producing working drawings and be trained on preparing planning drawings and building regulation documentation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to receive internal and external training to become a rounded Architectural Technician, where you can explore your creativity and grow you skills within an experienced team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, with experience working on residential developments looking to take the next step whilst joining a company who value their staff by providing an training, development and an exceptional benefits package
The role:
- AutoCAD / Architectural Technician
- Producing working drawings for residential projects
- Visiting live construction sites to provide design insight to the built team
- Trained on producing building regulation drawings, pre construction advice etc
- Working in a close knit environment with he opportunity to thrive
The person:
- Proficient in AutoCAD with experience producing residential working drawings
- Architectural or Design qualification
- Motivated candidate looking for training and development
- Commutable distance to Lincoln
- Full UK Driving License
