TARs, which are unique to the Trust, have been designed to align with Teaching staff who, similarly receive a Teaching & Learning Responsibility (TLR) allowance. The level of responsibility will determine the level of the TAR payment and will range from £500 to £3,500 per annum potentially equating your salary scale to beyond GLEA 3.9 up to GLEA 6.15.
