Responsibilities:• Electrical breakdown response across heavy industry plant• Perform planned preventative maintenance on furnace systems• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives• Lead and develop junior team members where required• Accurately log parts usage and maintenance activity• Work safely and in line with HSE standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:• BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering• Electrical experience in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment• Strong hands-on fault finding and diagnostic skills• Awareness of CI and planned maintenance systems• Some mechanical understanding desirable
