The Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the technical lead on your shift, responsible for:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
- Leading on fault-finding and diagnostics - with a strong multiskilled focus (electrical bias ideal)
- Working closely with production and site teams to drive equipment efficiency and uptime
- Championing continuous improvement and contributing to engineering projects
- Ensuring all work meets H&S and food safety standards
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues, creating a proactive, reliable shift culture
What You'll Need:
- A background in food/FMCG manufacturing
- Proven experience in a senior or lead engineer position
- A strong multiskilled engineering profile, ideally with PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens a bonus)
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
