We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established social housing contractor in the East Midlands. This is a permanent position offering competitive pay, strong progression opportunities, and long-term job security.

You'll be working across both tenanted and void domestic properties in Lincoln, carrying out EICR testing and remedial works. A company van, fuel card, uniform, and mobile device will be provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting EICR testing and inspection of electrical installations in domestic properties
Completing remedial works and rewires as required
Periodic testing and wiring of new heating and hot water systems
Completing all required documentation electronically and accurately

We Are Looking For an Electrician Who:

Holds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
Holds 18th Edition
Holds AM2 or equivalent
Holds 2391 (or equivalent)
Has experience working in social housing
Has a full UK driving licence
