Executive Assistant to Leadership Team
Location: Lincoln (Minimum 3 days per week in-office)
Salary: Circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Reporting to: Managing Director and Leadership Team
Working for a a family-run national leader with a £13M turnover
Purpose of the Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) role is vital to the success of our business, ensuring the smooth internal operations that allow our leadership team to focus on delivering outstanding results for our customers. This position provides direct support to the Managing Director and two other Directors, taking ownership of business coordination, internal operations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the MD and Leadership Team, managing schedules, correspondence, and priorities.
- HR Administration: Handle contracts, IT requests, onboarding, monthly payroll processing, and quarterly PDP appraisals.
- Operations Management: Organise and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and management meetings.
- Business Coordination: Maintain internal efficiency while the wider team focuses on customer-facing work.
- Process & Systems Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine workflows and enhance internal operations.
