We are seeking an experienced Factory Production Manager based in Lincolnshire to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. The role is focused on ensuring customer orders are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and organise daily factory operations to meet production schedules.

Oversee multiple production areas, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time order completion.

Lead, manage, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and operatives.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across the site.

Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost-control initiatives.

Manage staffing levels, training, and holiday cover to ensure smooth operations.

Work closely with other departments to meet production and delivery targets.

Monitor production line performance and costs, ensuring accurate reporting.

Conduct performance reviews and appraisals to support staff development.

Proven experience in a factory / production management role, ideally within food manufacturing, fresh produce, or FMCG.

Strong leadership skills - able to motivate and develop teams at all levels.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
