Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line.
  • Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines.
  • Adhere to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles.
  • Work together with the team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Take on additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Manual handling expertise
  • Proficiency in lifting and slinging
  • Experience with cranes
  • Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
  • Proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
  • Valid Driving Licence with less than 6 points

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of cranes and lifting techniques
