Job Title: Labourer

Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time 6-month contract
Salary: Hourly rate starting from £15.59, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line.
- Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines.
- Adhere to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles.
- Work together with the team to achieve operational excellence.
- Take on additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Manual handling expertise
- Proficiency in lifting and slinging
- Experience with cranes
- Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
- Proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
- Valid Driving Licence with less than 6 points
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of cranes and lifting techniques
