Commercial Finance Manager (Contract) – Lincolnshire – £60,000
Are you a qualified finance professional with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience? We’re hiring for a temporary Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing business in the Lincoln / Newark / Sleaford area.
This contract role will see you working closely with senior leadership, shaping financial insight, and supporting critical decision-making during an exciting growth phase.
Key Focus Areas:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles.
Build and refine financial models to support commercial decisions.
Provide performance analysis and board-level reporting.
Partner with non-finance stakeholders to translate numbers into strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
Strong FP&A / commercial finance background.
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
Adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
Contract Package:
Salary: circa £60,000 (pro rata, DOE).
Office-based near Lincoln, Newark & Sleaford
