With over 30 years of success and steady growth, this respected contractor is now seeking an experienced Estimator to strengthen their team. You'll collaborate closely with both the commercial and design departments to produce accurate tenders and estimates across a diverse client base. Your role as an estimator will include:
*Being in the office full time
Take the lead in preparing accurate and competitive estimates, ensuring projects are costed effectively from the outset.
*Negotiate project values with clients and stakeholders, adding value through strong commercial awareness and market knowledge.
*Maintain full financial and commercial control throughout the tendering process, safeguarding profitability and project success.
The successful Estimator will need:
*Driving licence and commutable to Lincoln
*Experience as an estimator on design and build projects from a main/principle contractor
*Looking for a long term stable career
