What you'll be doing:
- Planned + reactive maintenance (electrical bias)
- Fault finding, diagnostics, upgrades, new equipment installation
- Leading technical improvements on shift
- Hands-on across a broad range of food machinery
What you'll need:
- Maintenance experience in FMCG, food, or fast-paced manufacturing
- Electrical/mechanical skill set
- Clear communication in a loud, safety-first space
- Commutable to Lincoln
