This specialist engineering firm delivers bespoke fire protection solutions to high-risk industries across the UK and Ireland. As part of their ongoing growth, they're now strengthening their design capability with a Design Engineer.

In this role, you will take ownership of system design from concept through to completion, producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, BoMs, and technical documentation. You'll work in close collaboration with project managers, sales engineers, and site teams to ensure fully integrated and compliant solutions.

This role suits a skilled mechanical design engineer with strong communication, a proactive mindset, and a passion for leading projects and driving design excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Design bespoke fire suppression systems using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
  • £40,000 to £45,000 + Career progression + Training + Company Benefits
  • Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:00 in office

The Person:

  • Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD)
  • Mechanical or industrial design experience
